Creating companies is not enough

Every year, entrepreneurs spend years building companies, jobs, skills and economic value.

But a silent risk remains: what happens when those who built are no longer there to continue?

A poorly prepared succession can weaken companies, destroy jobs, disperse patrimony and erase part of the value created by a generation.

A country does not develop only by creating new companies. It also grows by preserving, transmitting and strengthening those that already exist.
